Do you love cookies? We created this delicious dessert just for you, with a fun shape and a creamy filling accompanied with strawberries and cookies, creating a perfect combination of textures and flavor. The best part is that you do not need an oven to do it.

Ingredients

  • 3 packages of cream cheese 190 gc / u
  • 1 1/2 cups of cream to beat
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar glass
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2 envelopes of grenetina hydrated, 7g each
  • 2 packages of Oreo cookie
  • 2 cups of Strawberry washed and disinfected and cut into quarters
  • to taste of whipped cream to decorate

    Preparation

    Beat the cream cheese with the whipping cream, the icing sugar, the vanilla essence until you have a homogeneous mixture. Gradually add the hydrated gelatin And bat for 1 minute more.
    Place non-stick plastic on a bowl, stick it to the walls, cover with cookies, add a quarter of the filling, strawberries and a layer of cookies. Repeat the process until filling completely, ending with cookies.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
    Unmold and decorate with whipped cream.

    Dudas sobre grenetina: Deben hidratarla con agua fria, disolver bien hasta que se quite grumos y quede como esponja, dejar reposar de 5-10 minutos. Después meter a microondas durante 10 segundos hasta que se haga líquida o bien puede ser a baño maria.
