Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 900 grams cream cheese
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 340 grams raspberry
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Cover the outer part of the mold with aluminum foil, so that no water enters the pie.
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
Place the cookies in a food processor. Once the cookies are ground, stir the other ingredients. Place the mixture in the bottom of the molds and crush it with a bean crusher.
