Preparation
Grease a pyrex rectangular refractory with butter.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and add the cup of sugar and the cup of piloncillo, stir constantly until it changes to a golden color and has a thick consistency.
Add the peanuts to the pot with caramel and stir well until everything is well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the refractory and flatten with a damp wooden roller until it is flat. Let cool.
When cold, unmold and cut into pieces.
