For those moments of craving, prepare this delicious and creamy light chocolate panna cotta made with Silk® almonds. It is a rich dessert and very easy to prepare since you only need to liquefy and refrigerate, you will love it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of Silk® Almond milk
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted (7 gc / u)
  • 1/3 of Cup of Maple syrup
  • 1 Cup of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of dark chocolate molten
  • 1 Cup of raspberry for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey for the sauce
  • to taste of red fruit to decorate
  • to taste of dark chocolate grated, to decorate

    Preparation

    For the panna cotta, blend 1 ½ cups of Silk® Almond with the hydrated and melted gelatin, the honey, the Greek yogurt, the vanilla, the salt and the bitter chocolate until integrating, but without liquefying too much.
    Pour into a jelly mold or into individual molds and refrigerate until set.
    For the sauce, liquefy the raspberries with the lemon juice and honey.
    Unmold the panna cotta and serve with the raspberry sauce, decorate with red fruits and offer.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with red berries, raspberry sauce and grated chocolate.

    TIPS

    Lightly grease your molds so that you can unmold it without problem.
