This rich and fluffy corn bread is perfect for dessert. You can accompany it with a bit of eggnog or eat it alone with a glass of milk or a hot coffee. Test it; You'll love it.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of corn cob
  • 6 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 bars of Butter (90 g each)
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 3/4 of Cup of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of whole milk or evaporated
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon powder

    Preparation

    Beat the butter with the eggs, one by one, continuing to beat.
