Prepare this delicious and traditional fruitcake cake recipe this Christmas. Surprise everyone with the fruity taste and fluffy texture. It will be the best dessert of the season.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of wheat flours
  • 1/2 Cup of Maizena® Regular Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 150 grams of Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of skim milk
  • 1/4 of Cup of ate of guava in cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of Tie apple in cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of raisin soaked in cinnamon tea
  • 1/4 of Cup of cherries in syrup

    Preparation

    Sift flour with Maizena® Regular Cornstarch and baking powder. Reserve.
    In addition, beat the Margarine Primavera® Cook until smooth. Add eggs, milk and flour mixture. Beat until there are no lumps.
    Add the ates, the nuts, the raisins and the cherries. Mix carefully with a wooden shovel until integrating. Pour the mixture into a greased pancake mold.
    Bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Unmold and serve.

    TIPS

    Sprinkle 1 or 2 tablespoons of Maizena® Regular Cornstarch in the ates and dried fruits to achieve a better distribution in the pancake.
