Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups Maizena® Regular Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 150 grams Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cups guava paste, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups Tie, apple in cubes
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/4 cups raisin, soaked in cinnamon tea
  • 1/4 cups cherries in syrup

Preparation

Sift flour with Maizena® Regular Cornstarch and baking powder. Reserve.
In addition, beat the Margarine Primavera® Cook until smooth. Add eggs, milk and flour mixture. Beat until there are no lumps.
Add the ates, the nuts, the raisins and the cherries. Mix carefully with a wooden shovel until integrating. Pour the mixture into a greased pancake mold.
Bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Unmold and serve.

TIPS

Sprinkle 1 or 2 tablespoons of Maizena® Regular Cornstarch in the ates and dried fruits to achieve a better distribution in the pancake.
