Apple Pancake with Walnut

This recipe is very delicious and easy, the combination of apple and walnut is exquisite.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • nutmeg powder to taste
  • 5 spoonfuls of milk
  • 2 eggs smoothie
  • 2 apples skinless and cut in cubes
  • 75 grams of nut chopped Set aside 12 nuts to decorate.
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 2.5 spoonfuls of coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 125 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of Gloria® butter without salt ointment
  • 250 grams of powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of milk at room temperature

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180º, heat up and down (I do it with a fan).
In a bowl, add the oil, the beaten eggs, the sugar, the cinnamon, the coffee, the nutmeg, the grated apple and integrate gently.
Then sift the flour, baking powder and salt and add it to the bowl, finally add the apple pieces and the tablespoons of milk and mix.
Bake 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven (they will be ready when you stick them with a toothpick, it comes out clean.) Reserve 5 minutes out of the oven in the mold and then remove to a rack to cool.
To make the frosting, mix the cheese cream, the butter, the aroma, the milk and a third of the icing sugar in a bowl and beat until integrating, add the rest of the sugar and mix until you have the desired consistency.
Decorate to taste, I in this case I did it with an open mouthpiece and decorate with nuts.

PRESENTATION

Place the pancake in your favorite dish.

TIPS

Serve with apple tea or apple juice and enjoy each bite as if it were your last.
