Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of cornmeal
  • 4 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 Cup of wheat flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of tofu acremed
  • 4 spoonfuls of vegetable shortening
  • 4 pieces of ripe banana
  • 1 Cup of soy milk
  • 1 Cup of raisin

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the cornmeal with sugar, salt, baking powder, wheat flour, add the tofu, shortening and bananas, pour the milk a little at a time until you get a completely homogeneous mixture, add the raisins.
    Pour the mixture into a pan mold and bake for 25 minutes.
    Serve with a glass of almond milk.

    You can substitute vegetable shortening for coconut oil.
