After trying many different banana cake recipes, I have decided that this is the winning recipe.The banana cake is not dry at all and its flavor will drive you crazy. Try it!

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Grease banana cake mold with butter.
Mash the bananas and add the cream, eggs and vanilla. It can be done in the food processor.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder royal and salt in a deep bowl with a blender. Add 10 teaspoons of butter at room temperature and mix about 30 seconds until well blended.
Add the mashed bananas to the cake mixture in the blender in three portions, mixing well after each portion is added and scraping the sides. Add nuts and stir.
Put the mixture in the mold and cook until golden brown, one hour and 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, and let cool.
