  • 3 cups of blueberry (400 grams) for the pancake
  • 8 spoonfuls of lemon juice for the pancake
  • 4 spoonfuls of cornstarch for the pancake
  • 4 cups of wheat flour for the pancake
  • 4 teaspoons of baking powder for the pancake
  • 2 cups of sugar for the pancake
  • 4 eggs for the pancake
  • 2 cups of sour cream for the pancake
  • 1 Cup of vegetable oil for the pancake
  • 4 spoonfuls of vanilla essence for the pancake
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the pancake
  • 4 spoonfuls of lemon zest for the pancake

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the glaze, in a bowl mix the glass sugar, milk, lemon zest and orange juice until completely incorporated and obtain a thick glaze. Reserve in a sleeve.
    In a bowl, place the blueberries and bathe with the lemon juice; mixture. Right there, hover the cornstarch, the wheat flour, the baking powder, the sugar, add the egg, the sour cream, the oil, the vanilla essence, the salt and the lemon zest. Mix until you get a homogeneous preparation.
