  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 340 grams Gloria® butter without salt


Preheat oven to 180 degrees. It is proceeded to acremar the butter with the paddle beater

The blender is turned off and emptied into a previously greased and floured pan cake or cake
It is baked from 30 to 45 min at 170 degrees Celsius
After the time a toothpick is introduced and if it comes out clean the pancake is ready.
