This simple pancake recipe is ideal for breakfast or for coffee time.

  • 90 grams Gloria® butter without salt
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 90 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 50 grams blueberry


Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Sift baking powder and flour together
Accrete cream cheese, butter and sugar together.
While stirring add the eggs one by one, mix well.
Add the flour with the baking powder.
Add the lemon juice and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Incorporate the blueberries and stir lightly
Pour into a rectangular mold, previously greased and floured
Bake for 30 minutes or until well cooked and lightly browned


Sprinkle with a little icing sugar and decorate with fresh fruit.


If the frozen fruit is added to the mixture it prevents them from bursting. If you do not have blueberries you can change them for raspberries or blackberries or, for a mixture of the three.

Buena consistencia pero muy insipido Hola! lo hice y la consistencia es muy bonita, muy suave y esponjosa. Pero la realidad es que si no pescas una blueberry, el pan no sabe a casi nada. Debería tener algo que potencie su sabor...

Yo le puse un poco de harina a los blueberries antes de ponerlos a la mezcla y si me quedaron como en la foto.

no quedo igual Hice el panque y no quedo igual. Los blueberrys se fueron todos al fondo. Hay que hacerles algo para que se queden en la masa como en la foto? En los pasos de la receta no dice nada!!!!  Muy mal :(
