Chocolate Pancake with Peanut

Imagine a pancake divided into two colors! Prepare this soft bicolor pancake with a rich combination of chocolate and peanuts, which in addition to looking spectacular, is bathed in a rich glaze of marshmallows.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of Butter
  • 1 3/4 cups of sugar
  • 5 pieces of egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Hazelnut cream
  • 1/2 Cup of peanut butter
  • 1 stick of cream cheese (190 g), for glaze
  • 1 Cup of marshmallows 8 pieces, for glaze
  • 1 Cup of milk For the glaze
  • to taste of peanut Chopped and toasted (to decorate)

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    In a bowl with the help of a sieve sieve the flour and baking powder.
    Beat the butter with the sugar until it is creamy, add the eggs one by one, the essence of vanilla, add the flour little by little, alternating with the cream to beat.
    Divide the mixture into two bowls, add one hazelnut cream and beat until mixed, add peanut butter to another bowl and beat until incorporated.
    Pour the preparation into two sleeves for baking.
    In a previously greased and floured pancake mold, pour some of the mixes alternating colors. Freeze 5 minutes and repeat until the mold is completely filled, freezing between each layer.
    Bake for 60 minutes or until cooked. Let cool and reserve.
    For the glaze, in a pot heat the cream cheese, marshmallows and milk until they are completely melted. Let cool and reserve.
    With the help of a jar, pour the glaze over the pancake, decorate with toasted peanuts and let dry.
    Cut and enjoy.

    TIPS

    It is important to freeze each layer of pancake so that the butter solidifies and does not mix with each other. Give each layer time.
