Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease a pancake mold using vegetable oil. Then pour it perfectly covering all the walls of the mold.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients first: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
