Hazelnut Cream Pancake

There is nothing better than starting or ending the day with a delicious and smooth pancake, it is so chocolatly and with a delicate touch of hazelnut, covered with a creamy glaze it is spectacular.

Ingredients

14 portions
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Hazelnut cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for the glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Hazelnut cream, for the glaze
  • 1/4 cups milk, for the glaze
  • to taste hazelnut, chopped to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix the powders and seal them with the help of a colander. Reserve.
Mix in the blender the butter with the hazelnut cream, add one by one the eggs, the vanilla essence, the milk, alternating with the powders.
Place the mixture in a greased and floured mold, bake for 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool.
In a bowl mix the ingredients of the hazelnut glaze, bathe the pancake with the glaze and decorate with chopped hazelnuts. Let it dry
Serve with cold milk.

PRESENTATION

TIPS
