This is a basic and simple recipe of pancake, which will be prepared resembling a Neapolitan ice cream, as it will be vanilla, strawberry and chocolate.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 500 grams wheat flour, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 225 grams Gloria® butter without salt
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 7 tablespoons jam, strawberry or the one you like
  • 1 stick chocolate frosting
  • 6 eggs
  • red food dye , and yellow amount needed
  • ice cream, Neapolitan to taste

Preparation

Flour the mold and preheat the dish at 180 ° C.
Combine the baking powder and the flour. Add the butter with the sugar and the egg one by one. Add the flour mixture, and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Divide the mixture in 3 equal parts, first add the vanilla and two drops of yellow dye, to the second part, add the strawberry jam and two drops of yellow dye, stir well.
To the third part of the mixture, add the chocolate covered bar (melted in the microwave), this can be substituted, by 5 chocolate powder and two tablespoons of milk or a splash of liquid chocolate syrup, also stir well.
Pour the three mixtures into the mold one by one and bake 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
Let cool, unmold and serve with Neapolitan ice cream.

PRESENTATION

It is served with Neapolitan ice cream (or the flavor that is chosen).

The chocolate can be powder, liquid or bar.
