Cranberry and Orange Pancake

The blueberry pancake is the ideal dessert to accompany a rich coffee. It is a delicious pancake with sweet flavor and a touch of orange. A simple recipe to cook, and with an unparalleled flavor.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup cranberry
  • 1 egg
  • 60 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 3/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • peppermint, to the taste to decorate
  • cranberries, to the taste to decorate
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, to decorate


Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, orange zest and blueberries in a bowl.
Beat egg, butter and orange juice in another bowl.
Add the wet ones to the dry ones and mix until everything is well incorporated.
Grease a pancake mold and pour the mixture.
Bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before unmolding.
Sprinkle sugar on top and decorate with blueberries and mint leaves.


Serve a slice on a plate, accompany with blueberries.

Hola!! Ya hice la receta y de sabor quedó delicioso!! Solo tengo una duda... porque el panque se hunde del centro? Hay alguna manera para evitarlo? Otra cosa.. cuánto es el tiempo que dura si no se come rápido? Se le pone algo de conservador? Mil gracias por la receta! Es riquísimo!☺️
