Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the topping; Mix Granola Kellogg's® Ancesttral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins with flour, brown sugar, chopped nuts, salt and unsalted butter. Mix until you have a sandy mass.
For the bread; Combine Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins together with flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl mix the sugars with the egg. Add vanilla, melted coconut oil, milk and vanilla. Pour everything into the Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains blend; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins.
Cut the pear into small cubes and add them to the shake in an enveloping way. Grease a pancake mold and empty the mixture. Add the topping on top, make sure to cover the entire surface.
Bake at 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted into the center, it comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes, unmold and serve.
