Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups cake flour, (sifted)
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 4 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs, big
  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • powdered sugar
  • raspberries, (to decorate)

Preparation

Place the grid in the center of the oven and preheat to 175 ° C.
In a bowl sift flour for cake, bake powder and set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, butter and heat over medium heat until the butter melts. Reserve.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a balloon whisk for 1 minute. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, beat with an electric mixer at high speed for 6 minutes until the mixture is pale and triple its volume.
Sift one third of the flour mixture over the egg foam and mix in a wrapper with a spatula. Repeat with the remaining flour mixture (2 more additions). Heat the milk mixture and add to the flour and egg mixture. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured mold. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in the mold for 10 minutes, unmold and serve.
Sprinkle with sifted glass sugar and decorate with a few raspberries.
