20 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups White flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground clove
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda, of sodium
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda, (Royal, Rexal or the brand they know)
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, at your service
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 apples
  • 1/2 cups walnut, or sliced almonds

With the help of a sieve or sieve mix in a large bowl all dry ingredients, except sugar.
In another smaller bowl, mix the melted butter (not warm), the sugar and add the eggs one by one.
Incorporate the liquid mixture into the dry mix to form a creamy paste. You must mix in an enveloping way and do not beat too much, taking care not to leave lumps or balls of flour without undoing. (I always swing for the same side against the hands of the clock).
On the other hand peels the apples and quitales the center. Then coat them in thin sheets. Add these to the cake mix.
Place wax paper on two pancakes. Empty the mixture up to three quarters of the molds. Place the pancakes in the oven at 200 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. Let cool and unmold.

Heat the oven 15 minutes before putting your pancake. Take the opportunity to bake several things at once. The eggs are better than they are at room temperature and they are of medium size. Without being smaller add one more. Before taking out the pancake

Saludos.
