Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180º C and grease a one liter capacity bread pan.
In a large bowl mix the flour, with the sugar, coconut and baking powder. In another bold mix all the wet ingredients (acetite, eggs and vanilla).
Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture, until you get a smooth dough, then pour the mixture into the baking pan, previously greased and floured.
Bake for 1 hour, until the cake has risen and browned completely.
Decorate the cake to your liking: with icing sugar, pineapple jam, grated coconut or as you wish.
