Coffee Pot Pancake with Corn

With this recipe for homemade pancake of coffee pot with corn kernels you will have everyone happy, for its great flavor.   • 1 cup instant coffee, for coffee pot

  • 2 cloves, for coffee pot
  • 3/4 cups oil, for the pancake dough
  • 3 eggs, for the pancake dough
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the pancake dough
  • 1 1/4 cups flour, for the pancake dough
  • 1 1/4 cups ear corn, white grain for pancake dough
  • 1/4 cups cream cheese, for the pancake dough
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda, for the pancake dough

Preparation

For the coffee pot: in a pot with hot water pour the soluble coffee, add the cinnamon, anise, pepper and cloves, stir until completely mixed; Lower the heat and cook for 8 minutes. Strain and rest for 20 minutes. Reservation.
In a blender, mix the oil, eggs, condensed milk, flour, corn kernels, cream cheese, baking powder and a quarter cup of coffee pot; Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Reservation.
In a previously greased and floured pancake pan, pour the mixture halfway into the pan; Bake for 40 minutes at 170 ° C. Chill and serve with hot milk.
