This cottage cheese pancake recipe results in a delicious and healthy pancake.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of Butter
  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 100 grams of raw sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 20 milliliters of milk (if required)
  • 50 grams of nut chopped

    Preparation

    Beat the butter until it changes color and incorporate the cottage cheese, let the mixture sponge.
    Add the sugar in the form of rain, eggs one by one and flour sifted with baking powder and baking soda. If the dough is too thick, add the milk.
