Ingredients

  • 250 grams cottage cheese
  • 100 grams raw sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 20 milliliters milk, (if required)
  • 50 grams walnut, chopped

Preparation

Beat the butter until it changes color and incorporate the cottage cheese, let the mixture sponge.
Add the sugar in the form of rain, eggs one by one and flour sifted with baking powder and baking soda. If the dough is too thick, add the milk.
Pour into the mold, add the nuts.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180 ° C, or until a toothpick comes out dry.
