A healthy and delicious dessert that has been in our family for many generations. It is very easy to do since you do not need an oven, since the microwave oven is used.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 400 grams carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 1/4 cups White flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cups Gloria® butter without salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients (baking powder, baking soda, flour, sugar and cinnamon).
Add the dried carrots, egg, butter and nuts. Mix very well.
Grease a microwave mold, empty the mixture and cover with waxed paper. Bake at high temperature for 12 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Cut the pancake into thin slices.

TIPS

Unmold the pancake once it is warm.

Todo iba bien, hasta que saqué el panque... Creo que es demasiada mantequilla. Busqué el convertidor de unidades y 2/3 taza son 150 gramos. Creo que con 100 gramos estaría más que bien... Lo haré de nuevo!
