  • 100 grams Gloria® Gourmet Le Cordon Bleu butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1/2 cups milk


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Grease and flour a special pancake mold.
Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the butter to acremarla and add sugar, yolks and vanilla extract.
Mix the milk with the coffee.
Add the dried ones and the milk with coffee to the butter mixture.
Beat the egg whites until nougat and add it to the mixture with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 45 minutes. Once you remove the pancake from the oven, allow it to cool before unmolding it.


Accompany it with a cup of Cuban-style coffee.

La receta está PÉSIMA , no pusieron la 1 1/2 de harina a qué se refiere, luego dice que se mezclen los ingredientes secos y después dice que se agregue el azúcar a la mantequilla y el café a la leche!!! Pues que no el café y el azúcar forman parte de los ingredientes secos que ya se habían mezclado ??????
