This rich corn and almond cake is the perfect dessert. It's simple and nobody at home can resist a slice accompanied by a rich coffee.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama
  • 1 can corn
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 125 grams butter, melted
  • 1/4 kilos almond, milled
  • to taste powdered sugar, to decorate

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold.
Bake at 150 ° C for about 40 minutes.
Let cool, unmold and decorate with icing sugar.
