Ingredients

12 portions
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 corn
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 125 grams butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Shelling the ears of corn
Mix the eggs, corn kernels, baking powder, butter, sugar and Yogurt Greek Type FAGE Total 0% in the blender.
Grease the mold with the butter and pour the mixture to half or 3/4 of the mold.
Place the mold in the oven for 1 hour to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
To decorate, sprinkle the icing sugar over the cake once it has been removed from the mold.
