For dessert fanatics with corn, we have this recipe for Elote Jacobs bread that has the perfect touch: coffee!

Best of all, this fluffy cake can stay a little golden brown on top to give it a better flavor, just be careful not to overcool.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 200 grams of corn shelled fresh
  • 150 grams of corn yellow, frozen
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 5 grams of royal baking powder
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 90 grams of Butter
  • 6 pieces of egg
  • 15 grams of Jacobs® coffee

    Preparation

    Beat the butter with the whole eggs, one by one while continuing to beat.
    Slic the corn and liquefy them with the can of condensed milk, the whole milk and the CAFÉ JACOBS, incorporate to the previous preparation without stopping to beat.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Cook in a preheated oven at 150ºC between 40 and 60 minutes, cool and sprinkle with icing sugar with Café JACOBS

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the pancake and decorate with icing mixed with Jacobs Coffee

    TIPS

    Check the pancake cooking by inserting a toothpick. When it comes out dry you will know it is ready. Take care not to brown the top part excessively.
