Preparation
Beat the butter well in a bowl and then add the sugar. Try to make a homogeneous mixture.
Add the eggs and mix. Then add the flour and mix again. Repeat adding the butter and then the flour.
Finally bathe the nuts and raisins with flour and add them to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a pre-greased mold (previously greased with butter to prevent sticking).
Bake at 200ºc for 45 minutes.
