Preparation
Beat at medium speed in a blender with the palette, the butter along with the sugar.
Add the egg yolks little by little until the shake is fluffed.
Once the shake has fluffed, add the egg whites, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Continue beating for 5 more minutes.
Separate the mixture in 2 parts. To a part add the vanilla and the orange zest and mix to incorporate. Melt the chocolate and mix with the other part of the recipe.
