Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 kilo self-raising flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 kilos sugar
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 250 grams butter
  • 1/2 kilos egg

Preparation

Beat the butter with the sugar until a smooth dough forms.
In the previously beaten mixture, add one kilo of eggs one by one.
Beat this mixture until it forms a homogeneous mass.
To the previous mixture add the vanilla and keep beating until it mixes well.
Add the flour little by little and beat so that it mixes evenly.
Add the milk as the flour is integrated and beat until it is completely mixed.
Now add the baking powder together with the flour.
Beat the mixture until it is uniform and bubbles come out of the dough, this guarantees that this spongy and lift.
Grind the molds and then flour them, so that they do not stick to the mold and allow you to remove it without problems.
Separate half of the dough in the two molds, so you will have the vanilla flavor of our rich cake.
Now dissolve the cocoa with warm water, when it is well dissolved add it to the dough.
Beat the mixture until you see the bubbles in the mixture again.
Add the mixture to the molds containing the vanilla mixture.
Preheat the oven for 7 minutes at 180 ° C. The cake should be cooked for about 1 hour.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with palpable sugar and red fruits.
