Ingredients

4 portions
  • 130 grams flour
  • 1 lemon
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1/2 glasses sunflower oil

Preparation

Grate the lemon peel.
Beat the eggs, add the sugar and continue beating until the sugar dissolves.
Add the flour, yeast and lemon zest little by little.
Pour in the oil, beating to get a homogeneous dough.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to 200 ° C.
Place the molds on a baking tray, pour the dough to cover the 3/4 parts and cook.
