Enjoy your mornings accompanied by this fluffy pancake of cream, ideal to accompany it with a cup of coffee, so soft and moist that it will be hard to resist its creamy flavor. The best part is that you only need 5 ingredients to prepare it!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • to taste powdered sugar, to decorate
  • to taste strawberry, to decorate
  • to taste blackberry, to decorate
  • to taste raspberry, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the cream with the sugar until it is creamy, add one by one the yolks until integrating.
Add flour, baking powder and whisk for 5 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into a previously greased and floured pancake mold and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean. Let cool and reserve.
With the help of a sieve, sprinkle icing sugar, decorate with strawberries, blackberries and raspberries.

Suuuuper rico! Solo que le agregre 2 claras de huevo y 1/2 taza de leche porque me quedo la masa muy espesa como para galletas y quedo deli!
