This is my favorite dessert, the main ingredient cream makes it an incomparable flavor its softness and sweet touch is perfect to combine it with a coffee or a chocolate this Christmas.

Ingredients

15 portions
  • 250 grams flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 250 milliliters cream, liquid
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder.
Acremear with whisk in a bowl the cream with the sugar 3 minutes or until smooth and well blended.
Incorporate alternating flour with milk and finally add vanilla and 1/2 lemon zest wrapping with spatula.
Once incorporated all the ingredients pour into a previously floured rose mold.
Bake 40 to 50 min at 180ºC.
