Ingredients

10 portions
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 30 grams zest, of Orange
  • 700 grams flour
  • 60 grams milk powder
  • 30 grams baking soda
  • 10 grams baking soda
  • 10 grams salt
  • 350 grams walnut, chopped
  • 140 grams egg
  • 175 grams orange juice
  • 450 grams Water
  • 70 grams oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Beat the egg and sugar until the mixture is well mixed and it does not look as yellow as it was in the beginning.
Mix the solids that are milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, incorporate water, orange zest and orange juice.
Incorporate oil to thread point. (that is, slowly)
Mix perfectly and add chopped walnuts until the whole mixture is completely incorporated.
Empty a mold ¾ full.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC.
