The orange pancake has a very fresh flavor to crave any day of the year. Prepare this pancake and accompany it with your favorite tea.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups Orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 180 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 grams flour
  • orange zest

Preparation

Beat butter is creamy consistency.
Add the condensed milk, the eggs one by one, the orange liqueur, the grated orange, the flour, the royal and the evaporated milk.
Grease a mold and empty the mixture into it.
Bake at 180ºC for 45 min approx.
Let cool a little and unmold.
