Ingredients

12 portions
  • 300 grams dark chocolate
  • 300 grams Gloria® butter unsalted butter
  • 330 grams egg
  • 270 grams sugar
  • 150 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 150 grams almond, powdered
  • 150 grams poblano mole sauce

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, as this melted add the mole and the flour.
Add the unsalted Gloria® Butter together with the sugar and add the egg one by one, stirring add the chocolate mixture, the almond powder, and the yolks.
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
Grease and flour the mold or cover with butter paper and pour the mixture.
Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the pancake with vanilla ice cream and red fruits, this will highlight the flavor of the pancake.
