Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of unsalted butter
  • 3/4 of Cup of raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 of Cup of Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cups of banana Crushed
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 of Cup of chocolate chip
  • 1 Cup of cranberry with 1 tbsp flour

    Preparation

    Mix the butter and brown sugar at medium speed in the blender .
    Add the eggs and yogurt, continue whisking.
    Add the banana puree and vanilla, beat for 1 minute.
    Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Incorporate the dry ingredients with the moist ones little by little.
    Add chocolate chips and blueberries.
    Put the mixture in the pancake mold, sprinkle chocolate chips.
    Bake for one hour at 180ºC. Cover with aluminum foil when it takes 30 minutes.

    TIPS

    The banana helps you to grow your hair in a healthy way. The blueberry helps you keep your hair soft and silky.
