Ingredients

20 portions
  • 250 grams raw sugar
  • 250 grams Gloria® butter without salt
  • 250 grams flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 glasses Rum, or cognac
  • 250 grams almond, or a mixture of nuts
  • 100 raisins
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 can Apple sauce
  • 1 glass vermouth
  • 1 pinch ground clove
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cups walnut

Preparation

Put to soak the raisins in the rum and cut into pieces the nuts.
Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one by one, beating constantly and finally add the flour with the baking powder, the spices and the applesauce, alternating with the maple syrup.
Drain the raisins together with the fruit and roll them in the flour, add them to the pasta together with the vermouth and the milk.
Stir the pasta well so that the fruit is well distributed.
Flour a medium size mold and pour the mixture about ¾ of the mold, and bake for one hour at 200 °.
When it is cooked and cold, wrap it in aluminum foil and bathe with the rum as many times as required.

PRESENTATION

It is served in slices, decorate it with a cinnamon stick.

TIPS

If baked in the form of a thread, cooking will be faster. Before baking, pieces of nuts are placed on the surface to decorate.

me parece una muy buena receta muy buena me gustaria hacerla pero serán 100 gramos de pasitas en vez de 100 pasitas
