Preparation
Put to soak the raisins in the rum and cut into pieces the nuts.
Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one by one, beating constantly and finally add the flour with the baking powder, the spices and the applesauce, alternating with the maple syrup.
Drain the raisins together with the fruit and roll them in the flour, add them to the pasta together with the vermouth and the milk.
Stir the pasta well so that the fruit is well distributed.
Flour a medium size mold and pour the mixture about ¾ of the mold, and bake for one hour at 200 °.
When it is cooked and cold, wrap it in aluminum foil and bathe with the rum as many times as required.
