  • 1/2 baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups Gloria® butter without salt
  • zest, of lemon to taste
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Grease and flour a mold. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In another container, combine sugar, eggs, butter, lemon juice, vanilla extract. Beat very well until all the ingredients are integrated.
Place the dry ingredients with the wet ones, beat to integrate it very well.
Add the lemon peel, continue beating.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 45 minutes.
For the glaze: mix the icing sugar, the milk and the lemon juice. Beat very well. Pour over the pancake once it is cold.

Present it uncut, take it to the table and cut it in front of your guests.

If you do not like the lemon flavor of the glaze, you can substitute the lemon for orange or tangerine.
