Ingredients

10 portions
  • 500 grams flour
  • 250 grams Gloria® butter without salt
  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 10 tablespoons milk, You can substitute mango or peach juice
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 peach, peeled and chopped
  • 1 yellow apple, peeled and chopped
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 2 drops lemon juice
  • 1 drizzle Water

Preparation

Put the fruit in a pot, add sugar, lemon drops and a splash of water, cook a few minutes until the apple is soft.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Accrete butter with sugar, add vanilla extract and fruit juice or milk,
Mix the flour and baking powder, add little by little to the butter mixture.
Once everything is well mixed, add the ready mix of fruits.
Pour the mixture into the floured mold.
Bake for 45 minutes at approximately 180 ° C, it should have a golden tone.
Let cool and bathe the pancake with the syrup that rest of the fruits.

PRESENTATION

It is decorated with a bath of fruit syrup and you can put chopped fruit on top.

TIPS

If you do not have fresh mango and peach, you can substitute mango and peach in syrup. The cooking time of the oven is approximate, since each oven is different.
