Preparation
Sift the flour four times with the Royal.
Beat the butter with the sugar until acremar.Approximately 5 minutes.
Add the yolks and condensed milk
To lower the speed of the blender to the minimum and to add little by little the sifted flour, to continue beating.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff
Add the whites to the yolk mixture in an enveloping form
Pour into the previously screwed and floured baking mold.
Bake 40 min or up to 1 hour at 175 C in a preheated oven.
Remove the mold from the oven and make holes in the thread with a toothpick (Still Hot)
In a pot put the medium heat under the pineapple juice and 6 tbsp. of water and 1/4 cup of sugar to make a syrup.
Bathe the cake with this syrup little by little, brush it with a brush, wait a little and put it back on until you finish all the syrup
Let it rest and let cool before unmolding.
Enjoy. It is delicious.
