  • 1 Cup of Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3 pieces of ripe banana crushed
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 3 spoonfuls of ricotta cheese
  • 1 Cup of Kellogg's® Krunchy ™ Granola Apple Cinnamon
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    Grease a pancake mold with butter and flour. Mix Kellogg's® Granola Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins with brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    In another bowl combine the mashed bananas, the egg and the ricotta cheese. Add the banana mixture to Kellogg's® Granola Ancestral Grains; Sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins.
    Pour the mixture into the previously greased mold
    Topping: Mix the Kellogg's® Krunchy ™ Granola Apple Cinnamon with honey, brown sugar and melted butter. Add the topping to the pancake and bake at 170 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.

    TIPS

    You can add chopped peach to the mix.

    En ningún momento dice cuándo agregar la harina...y dice añadir la azúcar 2 veces sin especificar que cantidad en una mezcla y otra.
