Ingredients

6 portions
  • 90 grams Gloria® butter unsalted butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon rum
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 190 grams flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
Acremer the butter and gradually incorporate the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, continue beating. Add the vanilla, rum and cinnamon. Beat for five minutes until fluffy.
Slow down the blender , add the flour in three parts, pouring a little of the milk in each stage.
Grease a pancake mold.
Turn off the blender and add the banana, stir in an enveloping way. Pour over the mold.
Bake the pancake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Place a slice on a plate and accompany it with a hot drink.

TIPS

Grease the mold very well so you do not have problems when unmolding.
