My favorite pancake recipe, and I know what I'm talking about, because it's my favorite dessert. My grandmother prepared it for me every time she was my saint. Delicious!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Gloria® butter without salt, ointment
  • 2 cups peach, in syrup, chopped and drained
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon powder

Preparation

Preheat an oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease two molds and sprinkle with flour, remove excess flour.
Beat the eggs one by one. Still beating, add the sugar, butter and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients and mix in an enveloping manner with a spatula.
Pour the dough into two pancakes and bake for 60 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Accompany your pancake with peaches in alumbiar sprinkled with chopped walnuts.

TIPS

Take the pancake out of the mold once it is cold, if it can not be broken.
