Preparation
Preheat an oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease two molds and sprinkle with flour, remove excess flour.
Beat the eggs one by one. Still beating, add the sugar, butter and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients and mix in an enveloping manner with a spatula.
Pour the dough into two pancakes and bake for 60 minutes.
