Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease two molds.
Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl with a tablespoon of sugar. Let them marinate.
Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in another bowl. Close this mixture and stir very well. Add the oil and eggs to the strawberry mix. Add this preparation to the dry mix, stirring well until all the ingredients are well integrated.
Pour this preparation in two molds.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes, let the molds cool for 10 minutes. Desmolda and serves.
