8 portions
  • 225 grams Strawberry Yogurt Santa Clara®
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups strawberry, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease and flour a round pancake mold. Pass through a sieve 2 ¼ cups of flour, baking powder and salt. Add the lemon zest and reserve.
Acremer the butter along with the sugar, add the eggs one by one and pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
It incorporates, alternately, the flour mixture and the Strawberry Yogurt Santa Clara®. With the remaining ¼ cup of flour, cover the strawberries. This is to prevent them from remaining at the bottom of the pancake, so that they are well distributed.
Place the mixture in the greased mold. Lower the oven temperature to 165 ° C and bake for about 1 hour.
Remove the pancake from the oven and allow it to cool completely before unmolding.
Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and the icing sugar to form a glaze. Decorate the pancake with the glaze.

Decorate with the glaze.

If you do not want to make the glaze, decorate the thread with icing sugar.
