A very rich recipe for banana low-fat and high-fiber banana.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cups flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup banana, , matured crushed
  • 1/2 cups walnut
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups low fat natural yogurt
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • cooking spray, brand pam
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Mix plain flour, whole wheat flour, flaxseed, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir and form a hole in the center of the mixture.
In another container put the crushed banana, sugar, nuts, yogurt and oil. Stir.
Add the banana mixture to the center of the flour and stir until well blended.
Add the mixture to a long rectangular pre-greased pancake mold with the cooking spray.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from the mold.

Queda espectacular!! Súper fácil. Con pequeñas variaciones -no por jugar a mejorar la receta sino por adaptarla a lo que había en casa- quedó delicioso... no tenía bicarbonato (lo hice sin, al siguiente sí le pondré), aceite de coco como aceite y con Yogurt griego; harina integral tampoco tenía pero igual quedó muy bueno... de verdad muy rico
