Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Mix plain flour, whole wheat flour, flaxseed, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir and form a hole in the center of the mixture.
In another container put the crushed banana, sugar, nuts, yogurt and oil. Stir.
Add the banana mixture to the center of the flour and stir until well blended.
Add the mixture to a long rectangular pre-greased pancake mold with the cooking spray.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from the mold.
