Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups raw sugar, for the velvet network

  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the velvet network
  • 1 teaspoon Rexal® Baking Powder, for the velvet network

  • 1/4 cups butter, for the filling
  • 380 grams cream cheese, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar, for the filling
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for the glaze
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for the glaze

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the pancake, in a blender add the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one by one and beat until integrating.
