Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Butter for the velvet network
  • 1 1/2 cups of mascabada sugars for the velvet network
  • 4 pieces of egg for the velvet network
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour for the velvet network

  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the velvet network
  • 1 teaspoonful of Rexal® Baking Powder for the velvet network

  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter for the filling
  • 380 grams of cream cheese for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar glass for the filling
  • 1 Cup of sugar glass for the glaze
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice for the glaze

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the pancake, in a blender add the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one by one and beat until integrating.
