If you are a person who loves desserts, my recipe is going to make you fabulous. What better than a delicious ring cake with pineapple, decorated with delicious cherries. Perfect to accompany with a coffee.


16 portions
  • 200 grams Gloria® butter unsalted butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 100 grams wheat flour
  • 250 grams rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 8 egg whites, to nougat point
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup, reserve the juice for the sauce
  • 8 cherries
  • 8 couverture chocolate, green color
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Water
  • 1 liquid ounce rum, (optional)


The butter is softened with a mixer until the color clears and becomes creamy, the sugar is added and it is beaten very well, then the yolks are integrated one by one, then the condensed milk.
Flour the flour together with the baking powder (3 times), and incorporate it little by little into the mixture of butter and sugar
Beat the whites to the point of nougat and stir in an enveloping manner in the previous mixture, the mold is enmanteca and flour and pour the mixture.
The oven is preheated for 10 minutes and baked at 180 degrees. C. for 40 minutes or until the clean stick comes out.
As soon as the pancake is removed from the oven, it is turned over.
With the juice of the pineapple tin, 150 gr. of sugar, 6 tablespoons of water and the dram of rum, it is put to boil for 7-10 minutes to make the syrup, and the pancake is bathed.
It is decorated to taste with pineapple, cherries, green chocolate. (The chocolate melts for 40 seconds at intervals of 10 seconds each, is placed in a duya to make the horns).


The best presentation for my taste is in a decorative mold as it is a bread that does not have any bitumen, because it is only bathed with pineapple juice syrup, and decorating it with cherries and pineapple is ideal.


The decoration depends on the mold that is used, the rum is optional but if it is put it tastes more delicious.
